Over the last 24 hours, five patients died from Covid-19-related complications and out of 11,076 tested, 424 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.

To date, Covid-19 has claimed 7,127 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.99 percent.

Currently, 488 people are in hospitals, nine of whom are on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 4,697,822 people have officially been tested, and 723,031 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
