Bosnia reports 282 new coronavirus cases and 7 fatalities, 289 recovered

According to Bosnian health authorities, the country recorded 282 new cases of coronavirus, on Wednesday, along with seven deaths caused by the disease. A total of 289 more patients have recovered from the disease.

The country’s Federation (FBiH) entity reported 208 new cases after testing 1,526 samples for the new coronavirus. The entity’s Public Health Institute said they recorded nine deaths as well, five over the past 24 hours and four confirmations from an earlier period.

The Republika Srpska (RS) region said they registered 74 new cases of the disease after testing 579 suspected samples. This entity registered two fatalities.

According to the state Civil Affairs Ministry, the country has so far reported 24,211 cases of Covid-19, of which 16,990 have recovered and 736 had died.
