A Norwegian Air flight to Belgrade was re-routed to Dubrovnik airport in Croatia because of thick fog in the Serbian capital on Tuesday, the Dubrovnik airport authorities confirmed.

Dubrovnik Airport CEO Frano Luetic said that the Oslo-Belgrade flight was re-routed to Dubrovnik on Tuesday afternoon because it could not land at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla airport which was covered in thick fog.

Several flights were re-routed to other airports on Wednesday because of fog at Belgrade airport.
